Error Upgrading Falcon 2 firmware 2030

I've tried to upgrade my falcon 2 firmware to 2030 and I get always the same error. I can't understand what is the problem. Can anybody help me?

did you follow the quide thread step by step?
you can plug in jumper and try again.
maybe it can work
