RMA delivers another faulty HDD

So I spend $50 sending my defective HDD back to Taiwan. Wait 2 weeks for the new one to arrive...

And now I have the same issue. Windows 7 slowly corrupts and programs start to not work, or just crash.

(C7) Ultra DMA CRC Error Count - Data errors 18530

I will not be sending this HDD back for another replacement at ANOTHER $50 cost to me.
I will not ever buy G.skill again.

I will be forced to reinstall Windows 7 every 2 months until I can afford to buy a new decent SSD.
