What version do I choose for my firm. update ?

I'm trying to update my Falcon v.1 128go from firmware 18.19 to 19.16. But there is to much choice for my little brain. See by yourself on the pic. What version do I choose please ?

Follow the guide, you can choose the first 128GB SSD model(samsung K9HCG08U5M PCB0) to star the upgrade.
if it's failed to upgrade,just try the other 128GB SSD model by its sequence.
