Why does news about Phoenix Pro says it supports SATA3 and on G.Skill website it says SATA II ?

Who is wrong?

When will Phoenix Pro SSD be available for purchase and how much $ ?

It is SATA II, but will be supported by SATA III of course.

They should be available on sites such as NewEgg.com sometime this week. As far as price, I'm guessing ~$400 range since the standard Phoenix is $349.99 right now. This is just a guesstimate, I have no idea what they plan on setting price to.
