FALCON II 128GB SSD is Back to Normal But How?

hi my SSD was failed 3 weeks before. And email traffic was started with gskill techs. And they wanted to learn my firmware version. so i attach drive to my desktop computer with SATA interface and suprise it was online again and all my data is working. But before i attach it didnt worked and also my laptop was not see any drive and said failed. So how can i sure it will not fail again? And why its fails?
I want to explanation from gskill tech. Why drive is fail and how its back again? And if i send it to RMA will they give me warranty for future fails?
