same problem here yesterday : Win7 home premium Final x64 installed, I launched the wiper to get some performances back : ok.
Then, without rebooting, programs started to refuse to launch, Firefox went mad... Did a reboot, "can't boot Windows 7"...

Full reinstall, but damn... wish we could get a working wiper for Win7x64... or a warning the current one doesn't work

I haven't had any problems running Wiper in 7 x64 but after reading this, I think I might run it from my XP32 boot CD recovery console in future.

Installed win7 x64 yesterday, ran wiper after install-- worked fine, no problems
Today after installing all my apps, and removing alot of installs/temp files, I ran the wiper again for the second and last time. Upon reboot, system borked and notebook keeps rebooting after boot failure. T_T

Same details here, also AHCI enabled.
It's really flakey atm. A successful trim depends on luck it seems.
