Most G.SKILL kits have a single performance profile for their exact specifications. Some motherboards automatically generate additional lower frequency profiles from that by calculation. There also are motherboards that have their own inbuilt memory OC presets, either for specific DRAM configurations or generalized like MSI Memory Try It.
DDR5-6000 CL30 is a good value starting point. If price isn't an issue, you can both get something tighter like 6000 CL28/CL26 or higher frequency like 6400 CL30 instead. However it is recommended to check the QVL beforehand, to confirm motherboard compatibility.
Well 2 choices,
either get 6000 Kit which is going to run without issues,
or if you do get higher speed 6400 mhz for example, enable xmp/expo -> set multiplier to 60 which in turn will make ram run at 6000 mhz.
