  • Gigabyte X Gskill RAM LED

Hi, Ive got a strange issue with RAM LED:
When i have SYNC ALL enabled with RGB FUSION via GCC, after a while ( or usually plugging/unplugging USB ) 1 of the RAM LED will just shut off, after i shut down the pc and remove power cord, it goes back to normal, but it always happens, i turn off the SYNC and it works fine ...... Any ideas ? Ive tried fresh windows install, reinstalling GCC etc ... (also note, i have ICUE running but all SDKs disabled )

    Full spec:
    AMD 9900x
    Gigabyte x870e aorus master
    2x32gb ram G.Skill F5-6400j3239G32GX2-TR5S
    RTX 4080 16 gb

Does that issue affect the same module even after swapping them around, or is it specific to a DIMM slot of the motherboard?

If it is the latter, that would sound like some kind of software conflict to me. Then it might be worth retesting without any other RGB app like iCUE installed.

I forgot to mention ive tried gigabyte support with not much luck, but yeah , i still happens, sometimes i can " semi provoke" A2 slot happens when sometimes is plugged/unplugged in the back USB, when Front USB B2 slot .... also its not instantenous, also some Software/games causes it turn off, mostly A2 slot, ive done memtest to see if there are any issue with RAM and it passed the test.

Also Running F4i bios, now LED issue ramained with older/previous version, but this one seems odd, like FAN curves wont save in the bios for example...
