My sister brought me 2 G.Skill memory sticks from the United States to Brazil as a gift for me, but the memory came defective, how do I proceed to exchange it? I don't have a receipt, it was a birthday gift.

Try to identify the defective module by testing them individually at default settings. Also make sure to use the primary DIMM slots for that. Don't forget to note down the exact SKU, the SNs and the CPU/MB type. Then contact tech support and let them help you.
