  • G.Skill memory issues

    Got brand new sticks of Memory for my Apex motherboard ....and they will not run at rated speed on my motherboard.
    Memory is DDR5 - F58000J3848H16X2-TZ5RK
    Also ...when calling tech support in USA, no one answers the phone !!!!

    Hat you already tested both modules and memory channels individually?
    It is very useful to figure out the actual culprit.

    If it actually is a memory and not an IMC/MB issue, you can contact tech support via mail or try calling international support instead.

      What BIOS version are you using?

        Are you using 4 or 2 rows of RAM?

        If 4, RAM speeds are reduced - the advertised speed ratings are for 2 rows on AMD AM5 platforms.

        Additionally, most motherboards require you to use 2 specific slots for the higher speeds - check you motherboard manual for your specific system's requirements, capabilities and limitations.

        You can also see the decreased max memory speed on the processor's page on the AMD website (5200 - 3600 for Ryzen 7000 & 9000 series).

          Trying to get tech support for my Gskill memory ....but you folks won't answer your phone ...just keeps ringing on the USA phone number !!!!
