  • I somehow changed the default lightning pattern of Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 ram stick

    hello,

I somehow changed the default lightning pattern of one or the Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 F5-5600J3636C16G ram sticks.

After complete power off it remembers now this setting and not the original rainbow. This happened only to one stick.

I have been changing the lightning in the official 1.00.35 G.Skill app and OpenRGB app (both Linux and Windows). My bet is that it must have been set in the later.

If this is possible on every stick it would be nice to have this as a function of an app.

Ok, so it is just being set permanently by a Linux version of OpenRGB app. Windows version can later read the setting but it is not setting it permanently.

    Works for both ram sticks.

      hello,

i would like you to know that "Save to Device" which permanently sets the RGB is supported per app version..

0.8 I have in appimage format can do that, 0.91 compiled from arch distro repo can't
