PRIME Z690-A + F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5RS system reboot problem

Hi! My computer cannot be rebooted. It freezes with a black screen. You can turn it off only with the power button. If you turn it on again, the BIOS starts in Safe Mode. I found out that this problem is created by 1 memory module from the kit. The module passes the memory test, but the problem with the reboot is inconvenient. It doesn't matter if XMP-I is enabled or disabled. If you turn on XMP-II, the problem disappears, but the memory test cannot be passed. Any ideas?
