F4-3600C16D-16GTZRC (2x8Gb KIT) RGB/XMP problems (MSI Gaming Pro Carbon AC)

Hello! I bought a new RAM 16Gb DDR4 3600MHz G.Skill Trident Z RGB (F4-3600C16D-16GTZRC) (2x8Gb KIT) and installed it in MSI Gaming Pro carbon AC.
The problem is that the RGB light is off! I install in other PCs with clean windows and there is the same problem.

When using the XMP profile in the test (Testmem5) shows errors and a blue screen in games.
I managed to manually overclock to 3800Mhz (16-21-21-39) at a voltage of 1.42, so this is the least of the problems.

What is the chance of damaging an SPD profile? Is recovery possible with Taiphoon Burner?
What to do for RGB light to work?
