  • What's the difference between GTZN and GTZNC?

    Hi,
I'm purchasing an ASUS ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Hero (Wi-Fi) for a binned 4.15 GHz AMD 3900x. I'm looking at the Trident neos and have seen both
GTZN and GTZNC. I don't see any difference between say a F4-3600C16Q-64GTZNC and F4-3600C16Q-64GTZN,

For that matter, what's the meaning of the letter after the CAS (e.g. Q above...I've seen C and D already)

    Thanks!

    Ok, I got the Q part - I saw a post from 2012 mentioning the S - single, D= Double, Q - quad sticks per pack.

      Hey CMD:

When the RAM part number ends in "C", it means that the chip manufacturer is SK Hynix. If it doesn't end in "C" the chip manufacturer is Samsung. Here's the link: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/m...QVL_190801.pdf. Hope this helps.
