Not downloading G.Skill software?

Hey guys,
As title says, if i just install the sticks WITHOUT downloading the G.skill software, only have my HUE+ software and RGB Fusion for gigabyte motherboard, will the sticks fail just the same or that will keep me secure until a stable software is available?

Hope someone has made this test!

My rgb build is:

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Gaming K7
GPU: GALAX GeForce GTX 1070 EXOC-SNPR WHITE 8GB
AiO Cooler: NZXT Kraken x52 & NZXT HUE+ lightning and fans.

There should be absolutely no problem with this. I am running my 32GB CL15 3000Mhz kit right now on XMP with tightened timings, command rate 1 with no issues. Without the software the sticks just do the "rainbow thing".

If you have third party software installed, it will conflict with the current Trident Z RGB software. And if the lighting control software isn't installed, it will run in the default rainbow wave (like what QuantumsEdge said).

mine workjs with MSI Gaming APP

I have 32 GB of 3200 14-14-14-34 installed on my Godlike Gaming Carbon and I am also running the newest beta nad it is working fine for me.

it seems I might be one of the lucky ones as seen from most of the posts here.
