PC Crashing: Memtest86 finds a Stick with Lots of Errors

Hi,

My PC has been crashing often recently. I tested every stick and slot using memtest86 and one stick had a lot of errors. Is the ram stick defective? Any help is appreciated.

If only that one module throws errors, even at defaults and regardless of the DIMM slot (either of the primary ones) used, that would indicate a RMA is required.
