Ddr4-3200 so-dimm
I grabbed 2x32GB DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM for my Dell Latitude 5440. I like G.Skill as it is JEDEC all the way and my machine likes it.
My CPU is 13th gen Intel U series and I get 3200 MT/s which translates to 32.5GB/s which is faster than my SSD which is PCIe 4.0 and that caps out at 8 GB/s. Even PCIe 5.0 is below my RAM so I am happy with 3200 MT/s performance.
