  • How to understand if my ram kit needs a RMA

Hello to everyone in the forum
I made this post cause i am in trouble with a kit of ram and i don't know what to do .
I have this g.skill kit : F4-3200C14D-32GTZR that overclocked really good till some time ago ....
Those sticks were able to reach 130ns of TRFC at 1.50v ( i have 2 dedicated fan on the ram and they never go over 40? celsius ) but now they cannot do it anymore and if i don't set a TRFC higher than 155ns they make the pc restart ( no blue screen ).
I've done testmem5 anta777 config with just xmp enabled and they pass it without any problem but the ram doesn't go anymore like before ....
Is there a program that can test my ram better and that can see if something is "broken" or "worn out" ?
i would like to RMA them , is it ok to try to start the procedure ?

Test one module at a time to see if both have the same results. If you suspect an issue with DRAM, feel free to submit RMA request form online:
