F4-4400c19-16GTZR running at 3600 on Ryzen

Hello,
I've got a Ryzen 3900X on a Asus X570-F Gaming motherboard. I bought a 32GB ram of F4-4400c19-16GTZR (2x16GB) and I wish to set them to run at 3600 Since I've read that Ryzen performs best at that speed.

Here's what I see from CPU-Z. How can I set this ram to run at 3600Mhz?

Since the memory does not have a profile for that frequency, it would require a manual memory overclock. If you are new to that, there are a couple of decent guides that cover most of the basics. Like this one:

You could also enable the XMP and then reduce the frequency to DDR4-3600. However that is not guaranteed to work and due to the big decrease in frequency, the timings will be far from optimal.
