Hey there.
Some days ago I bought DDR4 RAM TridentZ (F4-3200C16D-32GTZKW) in Litwa for my new PC. I found that one RAM of them doesn't work in dual channel. PC's speaker made sound of a mistake with RAM, the PC didn't start. Also I changed slots, flashed BIOS (v.F4). Then I started checking them one by one in single channel. In this way I understood that one of the RAM doesn't work.
I checked them both even on my friend's PC. His motherboard with ez-debug led showed the problem in dual channel and with one of them in single channel.
I have no opportunity to contact with support service of the store to return RAMS or to solve my problem, because of leaving the country.
I suppose that one of the RAMs has a defect.
My motherboard is GIGABYTE b660m gaming X AX, CPU Intel Core I5-12400F.
Can I count on solving my problem? And what have I to do in this situation?
