  • DDR4 RAM Model F4-3200C16D-32GTZN mysterious issue

    Hello.
I was running G.Skill Aegis 3200 16gigs for a few now and I wanted to get some brand new Trident Neo for my setup. Once installed my pc start and I can have some visual bug. When I use some app my pc freeze crash and I sometime get a video_scheduler BSOD code but most of the time just goes for freeze-crash.
I am running out of idea to solve this.

    Setup:
    MB - Rog Strix x570 e-gaming
    CPU - R7 3700x

    Here is what I've done:

-Testing both Neo RAM in single or dual channel in different RAM slot
    -Updated BIOS
    -Updated / Downgraded Windows
    -Reinstalled Windows
-Tested both brand new Neo RAM on an other setup (appear it works)
-Put back my old RAM on my pc which makes my pc works
-I also checked the RAM voltage and frequency to be sure it is not OC
-Updated every single driver which could be updated
    -Asked people for help deseperatly

Here is a picture of my motherboard compatibility with this ram from ASUS list.
    All my regards. SXT

Are modules in A2 B2 slots?

Did you install the new NEO kit alone or together with original AEGIS?

I installed alone slot B2 A2, single Neo B2 and second Neo in single B2 none of this worked.
My single channel is B2 and dual is B2 A2
      Order is: B1 B2 A1 A2

Single channel / module should be A2

Where did you purchase the memory? Sounds like there may be issue with it so you may need to try another kit. Otherwise, that hardware combination should work fine.

Bought on amazon from amazon itself. If the kit as a problem it should not work on a different setup. Makes no sense for me. Should I ask for RMA ?

Can do that to see if another kit can work better. If same result, the issue may be elsewhere.
