Royal Trident Z not detected

I installed Armoury crate from asus and i got these G skill royal trident Z 32 gb ram that only works with armoury pre installed effects.
But if i open the creator program from asus then my ram isent detected for some reason. So i cant make my own effects and colour schemes...
I did install G skill trident z lighting service and can choose some pre installed effedcts there. But i wanted to make my own effects for the ram to blend in.

Is that armoury crate app that is bugged here or isent my ram compatibel enough ?

Sorry for asking mostly asus related question but i just want to make sure its not my ram that bugs.

Do you have the latest BIOS? Check with ASUS as they should have a better clue of which versions can work well with each other.

Yes bios is updates and all drivers are so tomorrow !
