    Hello everyone,

I have an x370 Asrock fatality mini itx/ac motherboard installed with 16Gb Ram stick F4-3200C16D-16GTZR 2x8GB used since 2017 works great. I wish to upgrade to 32Gb As exact same model and was bought this week and I am not able to get it working.

F4-3200C16D-16GTZR 2x8GB runs fine but the
F4-3200C16D-32GTZR 2x16GB will not boot just goes into boot loops.

My PC spec: 9 3950x/x370 arsrock fatality mini itx/ac

What I have tried so far:
    - I have tried 2666mhz and 2933mhz
    - Factory reset (default) 2133mhz
    - Singlestick boot
    - Clear CMOS
    - Multiple different slots

    Thank you for your help,

    Zim

Where were the results of individual testing? Did both have same results or one performs differently?

Do you have the latest BIOS?

Are modules in slots two and four away from the CPU?

My apology for not being clear enough here are more details
Bios that I am using is 6.60 Date 08/06/2020
My motherboard is using 2 modules for ram sticks
I used my old ram sticks that work F4-3200C16D-16GTZR 2x8GB to set up timing and speeds for F4-3200C16D-32GTZR 2x16GB then I switch them but without any success, since I am not able to boot to Bios with F4-3200C16D-32GTZR 2x16GB to make changes just endless booting with F4-3200C16D-32GTZR 2x16GB. What shall I do?

Load BIOS defaults, install 32GB memory, then load XMP in BIOS to see if that can work. If not, manually set DRAM Frequency to a lower value to see what can work, or, try one module at a time.

If nothing seems to work at all, you may need to RMA and try another memory kit.

Just to clarify I am not able to load to bios at all when I switch to 32Gb memory even on the default factory settings. Only with 16GB ram sticks, I am able to load to bios. Enabling XMP profile sets memory to 3200mhz on 16GB ram sticks gives me a bluescreen.

              Hi,

I had to swap ram sticks to old ones 16gb to be able to go back to bios and make changes before I swap back to 32gb and try to boot.
              These are the results
Factory default and XMP enabled no boot.
One module at the time no boot
With XMP enabled lowered frequencies to these.

              2133mhz no boot
              2400mhz no noot
              2666mhz no boot
              2933mhz no boot
I chose these since the frequencies are more likely to work with ryzen cpu:s

Send them in for RMA, they should be able to boot and work on their own.

When did you purchase the memory kit?

Thank you so much for your support. But I am not able to send them RMA due to an unknown error.I have checked and double-checked all the credential without any success being able to submit the RMA
