I'm trying to choose between the F4-4000C18D-64GVK and the F4-3600C16D-64GVK kits for my upcoming Ryzen 5900X + Asus TUF GAMING X570-PRO (WI-FI) build.
I've read that there is a good chance that the system won't be able to run the memory at 4000 MHz. My question is that would I be able to run the F4-4000C18D-64GVK kit at 3600 MHz and CL16 in such a case (similar to F4-3600C16D-64GVK)?
The price difference is insignificant. Any thoughts or comments?
