3200C16Q-32GTZB Heatsink falling off :(

Hi this is my first post here in Gskill forums

For years already i have been enjoying my use of this 4x8gb 3200C16Q-32GTZB kit. But recently i have been experiencing instabilities and eventually blue screens from time to time. Im just using stock processor settings and just turned on XMP. So i began my usual troubleshooting starting with a complete disassembly of my PC.

This is what i discovered, one of the sticks' heatsink lost grip with the memory module and it is very loose. not having great contact for heat dissipation.

Hi Gskill tech thanks for the reply, i highly appreciate it, i have one question tho. While i still have the complete box and ram plastic containers, im afraid i may have lost the receipt as it has been years already is it possible to RMA without a receipt? Thank you very much and God Bless you

I live here in the Philippines, i bought this ram kit brand new from the main branch of PC Hub here in the Philippines. I have lost the receipt sadly
