  • 64GB of Trident Z Neo unstable at 3600

    Current setup:

    3900x
    ASUS Prime x570 Pro
64 GB Trident Z Neo quad kit (F4-3600C16Q-64tznc)

I have tested each stick individually and in pairs of 2 in memtest and all have passed without error at 3600. When all four sticks are installed and the profile is set to 3600, they instantly produce thousands of errors and windows blue screens quickly. Dropping the speed to 3200 removes all these problems. The kit passes at 3200 and below. Is there something I can do to get these stick to run at the rated speeds?

Sounds like CPU internal memory controller is overloaded. Check CPU SoC Voltage at DDR4-3200, then manually set it higher to see if you can stabilize a higher DRAM Frequency.

Also, are you using the latest BIOS?

Thanks for the help. I am on the latest BIOS. What value should I consider the highest that I should go to while not going too high?
