This F4-3200C16-8GTRG memory kit is labeld as F4-3200C14-8GTRG memory

Hello,

I have purchased two F4-3200C14-8GTRG memory kits.

After installing the memory onto the motherboard I found out the memory has a different part number. F4-3200C16-8GTRG With different specifications. (Please see attached image CPU-Z)

So both of these kits aren't able to run on CAS 14 timings.

I purchased these memory kits from two different retailers in the Netherlands. Both are brand new. I attached a few images of the box and labels. If you want I can send you both of the invoices.

I am now very concerned, how is this possible?

Please advise me.
