BSOD memory management

I'm Fabrizio from Italy, I write to you because my RAM ( trident Z 3200) is not working very well and causes a lot of BSOD : Memory management.
I've run "memtest86" with the XMP mode activated, and I found some errors but not too much.
But if I deactivate the XMP mode the errors disappear.
I bought the memory module on amazon, and if I'm not wrong the modules have lifetime warranty.
How can I have the substitution of the faulty RAM module ?

To confirm a bad stick, test each module individually to see if one performs differently than the other.
