  • G.Skill 16G Ripjaws V F4-3200C16D-16GVKB 3200mhz Stability issues

Hi there, I recently built a new system(with the specs below) and I'm having stability issues when trying to enable XMP 2.0 in the bios settings. The system has no issues posting when set to XMP enabled and profile 1 but when in windows or gaming I got random black screen lockups/reboots that can happen in a 5-15 minute period after booting up windows or after several hours. With it disabled it runs at 2133mhz and is rock solid. I have checked and the ram is on the Gigabyte lists for the motherboard as well as G.Skill's own QVL. I have done several clean reinstalls of windows, tried different display drivers and chipset drivers. Even updated the bios on the motherboard to F21(and made sure to set to default settings) cause it states improved ram compatibility no difference. I'd appreciate any help

Try boosting DRAM Voltage and/or SoC Voltage to see if that can help. If not, you may need to try each individual module to see if the issue can be isolated to a single stick. Also, are you using slots two and four away from the CPU?
