GSkill Flare X F4-3200C14D-16GFX Problem

So this is my 2nd set of a Gskill memory kit to go south. I have the 2 GSkill Flare X F4-3200C14D-16GFX kit and went to turn on my computer and no post, I took out one set and and it booted right up. I switched them around in the same slots and the other kit wouldn't even post. So I tested it by the stick and one stick would post while the other stick would not. The only conclusion I can come to is a bad stick. I find it hard to believe that I have now had 2 kits of the same memory go bad, the 1st one I RMA'ed to Newegg. I already filled out and sent a RMA form with GSkil.

I also am running these at XMP profile, no overclocking whatsoever.

Make sure to configure settings in BIOS so the system is stable. With the proper settings the system should be fast and reliable.
