Is Flare X single rank or dual rank?

Hi, I'm upgrading my RAM from 16GB to 64 GB and need to know if the Flare X F4-2400C15(or16)Q-64GFXR are single rank or dual rank?
I can't find this info on these sticks anywhere as there seems to be confusion between 'rank' and 'channel'. To get 2400 speed I can only run 4 single rank sticks otherwise the dual rank will only reach 2133.
