  • Trident Z Royal F4-4000C17D-16GTRS

    Hello

I wanted to buy these memories but I do not find them in stores (France)
    And so I was wondering if the Royal Z 4600 18-22-22-42 at 1.45v (F4-4600C18D-16GTRS) were the same as the 4000 17-17-17-37 at 1.35v (F4 -4000C17D-16GTRS)

    Finally if I could have 4000 17-17-17-37 to 1.35v with the 4600 ?
And the frequency 4600 will be able to serve me for the next platform

And also, these Royal works with the Asus Aura soft, but only if the app is installed ?
If the app is uninstalled, the Royal will work in rainbow ?

    Thanks so much

No, they are not the same.

DDR4-4000 timings may be different with the 4600 kit.

Yes, RGB lighting can work with ASUS Aura. App must be installed as it controls the RAM. Otherwise, it will be default rainbow.

It is best to check G.Skill QVL to see which motherboard are best for a memory kit. Or use RAM Configurator to see which memory kits are best for your motherboard.

No guarantee, but should be able to with some manual tweaking

            Hello

I installed the Asus AURA soft, but at each boot, the memories are in "rainbow" until the arrival on the Windows desktop where the settings are applied
            It's normal ?

            Thanks

Yes, software controls the RGB LEDs
