There is an option in BIOS, just change it and it should be fine. Look in the motherboard user's manual, it will have that information.
If you continue to have problems, test one stick at a time to see if one is bad. Don't forget to set timings and voltage as well.

According to my bios, the frequency of my ram is 1333mhz, I tried manually increasing it to 1600 but the system reported a crash from overclocking.
Admitedly, I'm not very good with messing around with settings like this, how can I get my speed to increase to 1600?
