Compatibility Issues(3 Beep Issue)

I recently purchased the F3-10666CL9Q-16GBRL (4Gx4) and all i get is the 3 beep memory issue from my board.

My board is http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/...rd-dp55wb.html

And my cpu is Intel? Core? i5-750 Processor with Intel? P55 Express Chipset.

It seems both meet the technical specs needed unless i am looking over something. Not sure why i am still getting the 3 beep. I updated my bios last night with no luck... Any help/advice would be great.

You might want to use 1 DIMM, get into BIOS and reset to defaults, then attempt to install the entire set.
