  • Bad RAM or not compatible w/ AMD 760G?

Model of the motherboard: Asus M4A78LT-M AMD 760G chipset
    Model of the memory: G.Skill DDR3-1333 2GBx2 (4 total) F3-10600CL9D-4GBNT
    Model of the CPU: AMD-ATHII X3 435 2.9G AM3

This all came together in a bundle from Newegg (w/ case, PS, HD)
    - I figured it should all be compatible.

No Overclocking and all BIOS settings are Auto.

1 stick RAM (#89) does not Post in any Dim slot.
1 stick RAM (#90) will post and run only in side B1 or B2 Dim slot.
    - #90 when in the A side, the system continually beeps as if no RAM is installed
    - #89 beeps continually on the A side, BUT on the B side nothing happens... no beeps or any screen activity.
    - if there is a Hard Drive w/ a OS installed or Not, makes no difference
    - My Conclusion... At least 1 if not both sticks of RAM must be bad

I searched and read a Ton on the forums and Web.
    - G.Skill web site does not have the AMD 760 chipset listed as compatible (AMD 890, 790, 785) http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=97
    - Why would Newegg package them together if Non-Compatible?
    - G.Skill recommended on a few threads to try and up the CPU voltage (1.15 to 1.20) and or Memory Voltage (1.65)
-neither of these changed anything so I put them back to Auto

I read a few times where people tried another brand of RAM or new RAM and then their system worked.

I'm past my 30 days for Return, so I'll have to RMA if necessary. I'm hoping it's just the RAM and not both the RAM and MB.
    Any Ideas?
    Thank You.

    Update:

I just got back from a PC Repair shop and the 1 stick of RAM would not post in their machines either. So I'm sure it is a bad stick of RAM
