I need to know before I make my purchase if the mugen 3 cooler will leave enough space for the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM on the Asus p8p67 pro motherboard

Should be no problem as long as you put the fan on the opposite side of memory.
