Looks fine to me, but how are you running your 955@ 4.0GHz with only 1.216v Vcore voltage?

Corsair H50 Hydro (push/pull intake fans)
    ASUS Crosshair V Formula
    2x4GB G.Skill RipjawsX@ 1975MHz, 9-10-9-28 (2T)
    SLI: 2x EVGA GTX 570's@ 902/1804/2032
    Creative SB X-Fi Xtreme Gamer
    Corsair HX850W Modular

ups, its becouse of CnC. im with 1.425v on cpu and 1.35 on nb.

what is better? run 1600@ 1.6v 7-8-7-24 or 1333@ 1.5v 7-7-7-20. i know that some older cpus have probs with 1600 and i dont know how IMC deals with 4 sticks

You have the C3 955, no problem handling 1600 memory, the C2's have a weak IMC.

1600 (vs. 1333) would be faster for sure...
