I keep getting time outs / lag when using the memory. I have only put 1 stick in to see if its memory or if its my settings. Can anyone recommend the optimal settings?

current settings are
1t2t 2t
cas 10
ras to cas 10
row precharge 10
minimum rase 24

Use that to set it up properly.

Yes. I have read that. I am post #183 and still cannot get this to work correctly.

Sometimes its stable, but if the pc goes to sleep I get BSOD and pc will not post.

Do you have the latest BIOS?

What voltages did you change?

Also, check to see if you have any memory power down options in BIOS.
