I currently am looking to up my ram.Im using an Asus M4A79XTD EVO mobo with AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE.
I want to upgrade to 8gb.What im looking for is which Gskill ram would be best for DDR3 1600 CAS7 2x4gb dual channel sticks.

One more question,What is really the difference between the 2 you suggest?

One is designed for 1st Gen Intel CPU, the other is designed for 2nd Gen Intel CPU. Both will work for AMD, so whichever is cheaper.
