Hi at all

in first : i'm sorry, my english won't be very good, i'm french!

Now , first thing :

When i test my in boot with memtest86+ i have a large number of errors ( 33 in first pass , 88 in two pass , after i'v quit )

can i return my F3-12800CL9-4GBRL *XMP* ( 2 x2 go ) ?
How and where i return this product ?
How long to get a replacement ? I'm in France ^^ i only have this memory for my desktop

Second thing ( perhaps the cause of first thing )

I'v seen that my ram run at 1333 mhz , not at 1600 mhz .
How change that easely in bios my gigabyte ga p55-ud3 ( last bios f11) ? i m not a geek ^^
perhaps that cause the 1st problem

Enable XMP in BIOS and it should run at DDR3-1600.
