F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL + GA-G41MT-S2P = Compatable???

As the Title suggests, I'd like the Gskill admins/tech to help me to find out if that combo is compatible.
I've got an old Intel Core2Duo PC that is in need of a slight upgrade. I already have the RAM but unsure if it's compatible with the motherboard.

I checked the Gigabyte website for compatible ram and only found "F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ" would be compatible, no other F3-12800 types listed.

I don't have the motherboard just as I'm getting the facts before finalising purchases.
