Memory_management BSOD and MEMTest results

I have the G.SKILL NQ Series DDR3 1333MHz (PC3-10666) 4GB (2x2GB) Dual Channel Kit and lately I've been getting daily BSOD crashes with memory_management error message and also just random freezes and auto-restarts.

I did a memtest86+ test overnight and it turned up over 1.5 million errors. I have not tested each stick individually yet. Is it safe to assume the RAM is causing the crashes? Also will I have any problem RMA-ing these ram sticks?

Test one at a time to see which is bad causing problems.

If you received errors, then most likely it is causing the crashes.

You should have no problem at all RMA-ing these sticks.

Thanks, sounds good. In the meantime I will get some ripjaws. I wanted to upgrade to 8 GB anyway but now they will be my replacement.
