BSOD every couple of minutes

I have the following config

Core i7-2600K
MSI P67A-GD55 (B3)
2 x F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

I am getting Memory_Management and IRQL_Not_Equal BSOD's every couple of minutes. I had the timings at DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24 and DDR3 1333 8-8-8-24 and continue to receive the BSOD's. Please help this is a new build and have had the problems since I have built a week ago.

I have also had XMP enabled and disabled for both memory configs

Test one kit at a time to make sure they work fine seperately.
