F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH + ASUS P7P55D BIOS settings

Upgraded to 4GB memory to 8 GB memory. System shows 8 gb installed. 4 gb usable.
How do I make the other 4 gb usable?

Operating system windows 7 64 bit

Reseat the memory, make sure to firmly press down on each side. With this motherboard, it is very possible one side slightly sticks up and causes the problem you are having.
