    [ Ripjaws-X ] F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM

I found that this model kit support the board but when I checked the Memory Support list of the board at the Giga site its not listed... any ideas why?

All RipJaws X can work with any P67 motherboard. They may not have it listed because they did not test with this particular kit.

          Could anyone please help with...

          getting the ripjaws [ Ripjaws-X ] F3-17000CL9D-8GBXLD 8GB(2x4GB) working at 2133?

          I just purchased a Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3, i7 2600K CPU using raid 0, Gigabyte Nvidia GTX570 on Win 7 64-bit

It runs nice and stable at 1600 with no adjustments.

When I use the XMP Profile 1 it will post and show the memory running at 2133 then it will load the RAID drivers ok but when it hits Windows I get a BSOD.

I haven't tried to adjust any voltages. I was hoping the XMP profile would work.
I kept the BIOS on "standard" performance instead of the default of turbo.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

          Thanks

Test one stick at a time to see if both pass with XMP.

Do you have the latest BIOS?

            Thank you

              Yes

              Hi,
              Thank you for your reply.

Yes I have installed the latest BIOS F3.

I ran a memory test last night with memtrest 86+ ver 4.2 for Sandy Bridge.

              At 1600MHZ (800x2) I did 7 passes and not 1 error.

I used the XMP profile and ran the same test(2132MHZ(1039x2) and it came back with over 200 errors about 213 if I remember correctly in just the first pass.
This test was ran with both sticks in and on dual channel.
Do I need to test each stick individually still or is this test enough to tell us something is wrong?

              Do I have a bad stick(s)?

Post some pics of BIOS so I can see if anything is set incorrectly.

Otherwise, send the kit in for RMA to see if a replacement works better.

                Thank you
