May want to grab memtest86+ to see if your ram isn't failing. Issues brought on by HAL (the Hardware Application Layer) in Windows indicates hardware failure. If you're overclocking now, go back to stock and run the tests again. Make sure to test each stick of memory in the first slot closest to the CPU.

      It is still running
Is it a infinite test test like win.memory diagnostic(if yes then tell me how long should I run it )

Take out the sticks and put one in a trouble shoot 1 at a time. Also did you add any new hardware recently?

no I haven't added any new hardware and
I I have a P55 chip MOBO and an I5-750 so I think my system will not be able to boot with just one RAM

You can boot with just one RAM. Also, make sure you have the latest BIOS.

                        Thank you

Thanks for posting your information. However, by not using one stick at a time you are effectively hampering the troubleshooting effort. Should a single stick tested in each memory slot not provide good results, there is a chance (albeit slim) that one or more of the mobo's DIMM slots could be faulty. Make sure each contact point is clean in the slot by using canned air to spray out any particles which can interfere. You must be proactive in eliminating any possible causes for the issues. Your computer will boot with only one stick populating the slot. More RAM = more stress on the CPU. That's all you need to know with regards to the troubleshooting process.

PS... it's all hear-say until you test each ram stick in each memory slot, running memtest86+ on EACH DIMM.
