New ram doesn't work

I have had issues with my PC for a few month now, after talking to the techs from Cyberpower, it was suggested I needed new ram. So I bought these rams:

for my PC with this motherboard:

After installing the new ram, the PC wouldn't start up, it just stays as a black screen. I have tried one ram by it's own and it same thing, black screen windows doesn't start.
So I added my "good" single ram back into the PC and it works fine.

I have asked on forums beforeI ordered these rams and they all said it is the right ram and will work - however it is not.
Anyone know what may went wrong?

Did you try one stick at a time to see if one may be bad?
