    Hello,
I'm currently having some difficulties in the following HW configuration:
    4 sticks of F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO
    P8P67 DELUXE Rev 1.00 (BIOS version 0604)
    Core I7-2600
All at standard frequency / voltage (no overclocking)

About a month ago, startup was compromised: it keeps BSOD. I was forced to downgrade RAM frequency to 533MHz in order to regain stability.

    Yesterday, same behaviour: I'm now at 400MHz @ 1.5 V

Today, I had "missing operating system", powered down, started again with a walk in BIOS: no problem (still at 400MHz).

Does s.o. had the same issue? Any inputs?
    Thanks.

    Hello guys,
Some update: Asus support informed me that with out-of-the-box bios, 1.35V memory such Extreme III ECO as are not supported" (They don't explain why they were on the manual QVL) I updated BIOS, I have even mouse freeze in bios screens at 1333MHz, so I jumped back to 400MHz

Reset the BIOS with the CLRTC button or pins, then try again. Enable XMP and see if that works. Try one kit at a time since these are only guaranteed for 4GB at a time. If that is stable, then try 8GB.

    Thank you

Hello, I already tried clearing CMOS, with no improvements.

      With only 2 sticks:
      - I can start OS without BSOD at XMP profile *but* at 1.5V
      - At 1.35V I can't even acces bios in some cases => clear CMOS

S/N of memory sticks are very near: they differ by 10 in the pair, and by one between the 2 pairs.

Asus tech informed me that this platform doesn't work well with memories below 1.5V (but some are on the QVL...)

Something I didn't understand in your reply: I had thought that dual channel memory needed matched pairs, not quad

Do you have any more inputs? What should I do next?

When you tested 2 sticks, are those results for both pairs or one?

Dual channel memory needs matched pairs. (Two sticks) Because you want 8GB, you need a quad channel kit (Four sticks)

Or you can try the 2 x 4GB dual channel kit.

I would suggest returning those for a 8GB kit, not two dual channel 2 stick kits.

yee, those bad results are for both kits.
I'm open to switch for a 8GB kit, but I'm a little concerned by the perfs at 1.35V. Bad motherboard choice?

            Use something like this instead:
