PhenomIIx4-975 + F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL ?

Hi all
I would like to hear from anyone using the same setup or close ( I did a search and came up empty).
CPU = PhenomIIx4-975 +
Memory = F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
MB= Asus Crosshair IV formula
Iam putting together a new build 1-2 parts at a time, and I would like to know how well this would work. It might be a few more weeks be for its up and running
