Just today I acquired the 8GB kit F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL, however when I installed them on my PC they would work at 1333MHz, while they're supposed to run at 1600MHz, I tried twitching the BIOS so that they would work at 1600MHz, but whenever I performed a memory benchmark it started showing BSOD's "0x00000050 or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" and "0x0000007A or KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR", neither of these have showed on any other ocasion nor it happened while the new memories worked at 1333MHz, with the old memories or while using both the old and new memories at 1333MHz.

    My system specs are:
Intel i5-750, Stepping: B1, Not Overclocked
    Gigabyte GA-P55-US3L (rev. 1.0), BIOS: F7
HDD: Crucial C300-CTFDDAC128MAG, Firmware rev: 06
    New Memory: G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
    Old Memory: Kingston KHX1600C9D3K2/4G
    GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD5750
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M 700

I tried changing the Bus speed from 133MHz to 160MHz and lowering the CPU multiplier from 20 to 16 (a slight underclock for the CPU in the end, but turbo boost would somehow fix it when needed), however after doing this the BSOD's started coming up and the CPU temperature raised around 10-15 C's, I double-checked on the BIOS if there was any change on the voltage I wasn't aware of, however it was still the same.

Currently I'm using both modules, Kingston and G.Skill, at 1333MHz without any issues, however the G.Skill modules were supposed to replace the old ones (Kingston), and here I am been unable to have the G.Skill modules run at 1600MHz.

Also taking into account the notes from a previous post I have already checked that the parts are compatible:
i5-750: Supports up to 16GB RAM
    http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=42915
    GA-P55-US3L (rev. 1.0): Also supports up to 16GB RAM; DDR3 2200/1600/1333/1066/800 MHz

The Kingston memory actually is 1600MHz, however it uses a 1.65v which my motherboard can't handle, hence the voltage was lowered to 1.5 and it worked fine at 1333MHz, the G.Skill memory on the other hand, according to the specs, uses a voltage of 1.5 to work at 1600MHz, however it's being unable to work as specified on the website, I tried looking for more specs or the datasheet like the one kingston had for their memories, but the only data available was the reference at the website:

Thank you very much G.Skill Team, I'll be waiting for your comments to know what can be done on this case.

Do you have the latest BIOS? Input basic memory frequency, timings, and voltage in BIOS, then test one at a time to see if one may be bad causing the problem.

    Thank you

Motherboard already has the latest BIOS version and both new modules were tested with the basic memory frequency, timings, and voltage in BIOS, however I did not try them one at a time since both of them worked fine at 1333MHz, I will try them individually and post the results later today.

Hi, I've just tested each G.Skill memory at 1600MHz with Memtest86 and the first module did fail, it had 14 errors by 10% of the test, the other one passed it fine.

On this case I'm supposed to send both modules for RMA ? also I'm currently out of US, on the General RMA Request Form says that the RMA number is valid for 30 days after the day of issuance, if for shipping, customs or whatever reasons the package takes more than 30 days to arrive, would it be kicked back ?

PD: I purchased the memories from Newegg

No, we will accept it. We just don't want a RMA 6 months later or something..

We recommend the entire kit so you can get a new kit back.

          Thank you
